Parachute Signal is a highly efficient signaling for assistance both on land and at sea.
This device basically consists of a tube in which there is a parachute with a hanging weight of a flammable material usually made of phosphorus or magnesium which glows very brightly when burned, called a flare. Then below it is a series of launchers made of low explosives commonly used by Black Powder then the trigger mechanism is a primer made of Powder Charge and a firing pin that hits the primer until it explodes creating a spark that will burn the black powder and hot gas. created which expands causing a directional explosion to ignite the flare and throw it into the air with its parachute
